Weddings

• Non-residential weddings (non-island residents): $1500 for 3 days of hall rental
• Local resident weddings: $500 for 3 days of hall rental
• Includes kitchen use.

Private, show or event rentals

• Front hall: $225 a night.
• Back hall: $50 per night.

Kitchen rental

• General use (non-commercial): $50 / day
• Commercial use (8am-5pm): $15 / hour
• With hall rental: $20 / day

Audio and lighting technicians

Any rentals requiring sound or lights for an event, will need to hire our approved technicians.

• Per show (5 hours): $200 per technician.
• Hourly rate after 5 hours: $35 / hour per technician.
